3 egg yolks
70 g sugar
250 g cream cheese
200 ml cream
4 tbsp Banana & Chocolate Jam
250ml stout
30 lady fingers
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coffee powder
Serves 8
A bold, boozy twist on the classic tiramisu — delicate layers of stout soaked ladyfingers bringing flavour of malt and roasted coffee notes complemented by a smooth mascarpone cream infused with Banana & Chocolate Jam and topped off with a generous dusting of cocoa and coffee powder, culminating in a rich and indulgent variation on a classic Italian dessert.
