Brown Cheese & Chocolate Sandwiches

1. Lightly brush the butter onto one side of each bread slice.

2. Spread the Spiced Pumpkin Jam evenly across each bread slice, followed by the brown cheese slice and dark chocolate.

3. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for around 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
