Cheesecake Sandwiches

1.In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy

2. In another bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy. Here you can divide the mixture into 3 equal parts for different flavours.

3. Gently fold the jam into the cheesecake filling, being careful not to overmix.

4. To assemble the sandwiches, spead 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake-jam fillinf onto the base of the buscuit. Sandwich together with a second biscuit. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Perfect for parties, snacks or a quick dessert!​
