Cornflake Flapjacks

150g butter
80g light soft brown sugar
30g Strawberry Balsamic Jam
30g golden syrup
A pinch of salt
125 rolled oats
100g cornflakes

There are so many ways you can use cereal. You can bake cereal into cakes, cookies, bars or you can infuse into an ice cream base. I've made cornflake flapjacks! A delicious twist on traditional flapjacks, adding extra crunch and texture with cornflakes and a bit of added sweetness with Strawberry Balsamic Jam.
