180g sugar 
12 egg whites 
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 
1/4 tsp salt 
150g sugar 
6 egg yolks 
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 1/2 tsp almond extract 

Jam Icing
1 1/2 tbsp Rhubarb & Custard Jam  
1 1/2 tbsp milk 
1 1/2 tbsp cream 
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

150g icing sugar

Daffodil Cake! A two-toned cake that symbolizes the start of an approaching springtime. With a light and airy texture and featuring a Rhubarb & Custard Glaze, this is a great way to finish off a special occasion meal.
