2 sliced of sourdough bread
2-4 tbsp Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam
125g burrata
2 figs, cut into quarters
Small handful of walnuts, roasted and chopped
Makes 2
A French open sandwich covered with a variety of toppings. It can be sweet or savoury and is suitable for any meal of the day. I've done a tartine topped with Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam, fresh and creamy burrata, soft and chewy figs and toasted walnuts.
