Hot Jezebel Dip with Cream Cheese and Crackers

165g Apricot & Nutmeg Jam
1 tbsp horseradish(use 1 tsp for a milder flavour)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Cracked black pepper, to taste
1 x Philadelphia cream cheese
Crackers, to serve

Serves 4-6

This super versatile dip/sauce originates from the south of the United States and is the perfect sweet and spicy combo with the Apricot & Nutmeg Jam being mixed with Dijon mustard, horseradish and black pepper to give you that sweet heat. It can also be used as a burger topping, pork glaze, charcuterie board, or grilled cheese sandwich topping!
