80g pecans, roughly chopped
40g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
180g Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam
45ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
40g dark chocolate chips
Serves 8
Super versatile and delicious granola bound together with Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam. Perfect for lunch boxes, smoothie bowls, yoghurt parfait, overnight oats, mixing into pancake batter, adding to breakfast cereal, toast, topping on toast, frozen yoghurt and salad, yoghurt/chocolate bark and chia seed pudding.
