1-2 tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Jam

400ml cream

6 egg yolks

150g sugar

1 1/2 tbsp white miso

A delicious bite of autumn with  golden toast layered with silky Spiced Pumpkin Jam, scoops of miso ice cream that bring notes of caramel, salt and umami and toasted black sesame seeds for a nutty crunch. A cozy and indulgent treat for the season.
