Peach and Black Sesame Sandwich
 

1. Evenly spread the black sesame paste on 1 slice of bread. Spread Peach & Passionfruit Jam on the other slice and scatter with fresh peach. Place the slices of bread together. Cut in half and enjoy!

2. For the black sesame paste, heat a frying pan over a medium-low heat. Add the black sesame seeds and toaste for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. They are ready when they start to pop and release a nutty aroma. Tip into a bowl and leave to cool slightly. 

3. Transfer to a food processor and blend until it becomes a thick paste. This can take up to 20 minutes, so make sure to scrape downt the sides to allow the oil from the seeds to release.

Once finishes, transfer to an airtight container. This can keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator and can also be frozen.​
