Pecan Pumpkin Pie on Toast
240g Greek yoghurt
60ml whipping cream/coconut cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp Spiced Pumpkin Jam
A handful of pecans, roasted and roughly chopped
2 slices of toast
Makes 2
Toas with toasted pecans, whipped Greek yoghurt with a dash of maple syrup in it and finished off with a generous spoonful of Spiced Pumpkin Jam. The epitome of Autumn on toast!
