3 Braeburn apples, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
30g butter
95g Plum & Bay Leaf Jam
30g sugar

Topping
65g butter
100g light brown sugar
125g plain flour
25g oats
2g cinnamon
50g pine nuts
A pinch of salt

Serves 6

Sweet and sharp apples mixed with warm Plum & Bay Leaf Jam topped off with crunchy pine nut crumble. Served with warm custard, this is the perfect comfort treat for the autumn season.
