Apricots. They are small but they are packed full of flavour. They have a sweet flavour with a distinct tarty taste. Paired with nutmeg which has a warm, nutty and sweet flavour profile, the final product is a perfect marriage of aromatic, sweet and tart all in one along with a bright orange glow to appease the eyes!
