Banana & Chocolate Jam 190g
A ripe Cavendish banana has a creamy texture along with a sweet and distinct flavour that is unique and incomparable to anything else. It is mixed with 70% dark chocolate which has tasting notes of bitterness and sweetness combined with a fruity and roasted cocoa aroma. With the addition of amaretto and it’s sweet marzipan flavour from apricot kernels, the final concoction is amplified exponentially to give you a jam that is bursting with a multitude of flavours.
Pair with: yoghurt, cheese, caking fillings, charcuterie, toast, desserts, porridge, scones, smoothies, doughnuts, pancakes, crackers, rice pudding, cheese board and so much more!
Ingredients: bananas, chocolate, amaretto, sugar, lemon juice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within one month.

This is called “brown jam” in our house and the children love it! We are have kept to classic combinations and have it on toast or in porridge.
