Rhubarb is a naturally tart vegetable, cooked with sugar it comes to have the perfect balance of sweet and sour. We use only the pinkest rhubarb when making our jam so that the finished product is the most aesthetically pleasing visually. Coupled with the sweet, perfumed aroma of vanilla beans, this jam will make a splendid addition to your breakfast table.
Pair with: yoghurt, cheese, caking fillings, charcuterie, toast, desserts, porridge, scones, smoothies, doughnuts, pancakes, crackers, rice pudding, cheese board and so much more!

I tried this jam at a small market on Bournville Green, Rhubarb being my favourite flavour in everything you can imagine and custard being my favourite dessert i knew i was going to love this jam! which i did! Excellent taste! took me less than a second to decide to purchase and i will be purchasing again once all gone!!
