Pumpkin Glazed Pears with Vanilla Greek Yoghurt

1 ripe but firm pear

1 tbsp butter/coconut oil

1 tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Jam

250 g thick vanilla Greek yoghurt

Toasted pecans, roughly chopped

Dark-chocolate shavings

​1 orange, for zest

Serves 1

Warm jam glazed pear slices layered over cool vanilla Greek yoghurt topped with toasted nuts, chocolate shaving and orange zest. Simple, golden, and glowing with autumn flavours.
