Pumpkin Pecan
 Cream Cheese Dip

1. Spread cream cheese into a bowl or plate.
2. Swirl in the Peach & Passionfruit Jam. Sprinkle on the fresh raspberries and then the lemon zest. Garnish with mint and serve with crostini, torn baguette, crackers or a fruit tray.
 

Candied Pecans

1. Line a small baking tray with greaseproof paper. Melt the butter in a heavy-based pan over a medium heat. Add brown sugar, orange zest and juice and salt. Stir to combine.

2. Add pecans and stir to coat. Cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes, until pecans are toasted. 

3. Remove from the heat and spread out onto the prepared baking tray and leave to cool before breaking up into individual pieces.
