 Cream Cheese Dip

400g cream cheese
120g Spiced Pumpkin Jam
Candied pecans, for garnish
Lemon thyme, for garnish

Candied Pecans 

1 tbsp butter

25g light brown sugar 

1 tsp orange zest

2 tbsp orange juice 

100g pecans, roughly chopped

A pinch of salt

Serves 4-6

Smooth cream cheese topped with Spiced Pumpkin Jam, orange candied pecans and lemon thyme. It can be served with crostini, torn baguette, crackers or a fruit tray. A fresh, sweet and nutty dip that is quick and easy to make,
