15g sugar
Orange Cream
150ml double cream
1 tsp icing sugar
Finely grated zest of 1 orange

Oven roasted rhubarb with orange Chantilly cream sitting on a lovely layer of Rhubarb & Custard Jam. A combination of sharp, sweet and creamy, this is a great way to switch up your usual toast routine.
