175g pudding rice
200ml water
1 litre milk
60g sugar
1 vanilla pod
500ml cream

6 tsp Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam
3 tangerines, cut crosswise into 5mm slices
50g flaked almonds, toasted

Serves 6

A classic Danish dessert traditionally served during Christmas. It's a rich and creamy rice pudding mixed with whipped cream and vanilla. I've served it up with Apple, Quince & Gingerbread Jam, oranges and toasted almonds.
