Strawberry Burrata Salad


150g rocket leaves
400g strawberries, hulled and halved
30g pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
1 x 150g burrata
Basil leaves, to garnish
Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
60ml white wine vinegar
180ml veg oil
4 tbsp Strawberry Balsamic Jam
A pinch of black pepper

A vibrant, refreshing salad that perfectly balances sweet and savoury. Juicy strawberries are paired with creamy burrata cheese, fresh basil and peppery rocket leaves dressed in a Strawberry Balsamic Jam vinaigrette. Finished with flaky sea salt, this salad is summer on a plate. Light, elegant, and bursting with flavour.
