100g dark chocolate

300g silken tofu, drained

2 tbsp maple syrup

A pinch of salt

4 tsp Apricot & Nutmeg Jam

Cocoa nibs and chopped walnuts, to garnish

Serves 4

Chocolate mousse made with silken tofu to give a smooth and rich plant based dessert served with Apricot & Nutmeg Jam, cocoa nibs and walnuts  for added flavour and crunch.
