Vegan Passionfruit Cake

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper. 
2. Place self-raising flour, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Mix in the vinegar, milk, oil, water and passionfruit until thoroughly combined. Pour into the loaf tin. Tap on the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.  
3. Take out the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. 
4. Brush the Jam glaze on the top and sides of the cake then leave to cool completely before serving.
